What we cannot print, however good the news is, is anything describing blood glucose readings, an HbA1c figure, or a medication dose being changed. Those are medical claims, and a supplement page is not permitted to carry them regardless of whose mouth they came from.
Asking for a correction
Name the page, quote the sentence, and say what you believe the right version is. If you have a source or a photograph of a current label, include it. Corrections are made on the page rather than quietly, so a later reader can see what changed and when.
Four things we cannot do
